S-VOX Announces Changes to Management Team

TORONTO - S-VOX, Canada’s leading provider of programming content on spirituality, faith, personal growth and wellness, today announced the departure of its Chief Operating Officer, Peter Miller, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Miller, a broadcasting professional with 20 years of industry experience, joined S-VOX a year ago and successfully led the integration of the former Rogers OMNI over-the air television stations in Vancouver and Winnipeg (now known as Joytv), as well as key internal operations restructuring efforts and strategic direction setting exercises.

Said S-VOX President and CEO Bill Roberts: “When I asked Peter Miller to join S-VOX, I knew it wouldn’t necessarily be for a long time, but I also knew he would bring huge value. That he did. I want to acknowledge and thank Peter for his contributions.”

Said Mr. Miller, “It has been a privilege to serve Bill, the Board of Directors of S-VOX and my friends and colleagues at the Company. I’m delighted with the progress we made together in the last year, and leave knowing that whatever the future brings, the company and its employees are ready and able to embrace it.”

In announcing Mr. Miller’s departure, Mr. Roberts also announced interim changes to the organization’s executive management team.

Mark Prasuhn, S-VOX’s Chief Content Officer, will serve as COO while maintaining his existing responsibilities for content across all S-VOX properties and platforms. Mr. Prasuhn was previously COO of S-VOX during the period November 2001- May 2008.

Jane Macnaughton, Chief Financial Officer since 2001, will add operational and strategic planning responsibilities to her portfolio, including oversight of the organization's technical facilities. Ms. Macnaughton handled these responsibilities previously in 2007-2008.

Terry E. Markus, General Counsel and Board Secretary for S-VOX, will be promoted to the new role of Executive Vice-President and General Counsel, with responsibility for legal, business affairs, and regulatory. She will also lead certain key business development initiatives. Ms. Markus will join the executive management team and will report directly to the CEO.
