Retirement Living TV Announces Distribution Agreement and Co-Production Deal with Canadian based S-VOX

Retirement Living TV Extends Its Reach Beyond 26 Million U.S. Homes

Columbia, MD - April 16, 2007- Retirement Living TV (RLTV), the first network created for people aged 55 and over, today announced its first international distribution agreement with Canada's foremost provider of multimedia content on spirituality and personal growth, S-VOX.  Retirement Living TV content will be distributed on S-VOX's One: the Body, Mind & Spirit channel starting in June, and on VisionTV beginning in the fall.  In addition, RLTV and S-VOX will co-produce content specifically for Canadian viewers.

With this new partnership, RLTV is capitalizing on its steady growth in the U.S., and making its first mark in the international arena.  RLTV launched its slate of programming in September 2006 with content designed to inform, involve, and inspire seniors by offering information on finances, health and fitness, politics and social issues, media, entertainment, and more.  RLTV's four-hour block of programming is currently available in more than 26 million U.S. homes, and its audience will increase with the eight million Canadian households that receive VisionTV on basic cable, as well as the million-plus homes that subscribe to One on digital.

Launched in 2001, One: the Body, Mind & Spirit channel offers unique programming from around the world devoted to wellness, personal growth and spiritual health. VisionTV, founded in 1988, is Canada's multi-faith and multicultural television broadcaster, and has a 20-year history of leadership in working with Canadian independent producers to create award-winning factual programming.

"We are excited about the strategic alliance between RLTV and S-VOX," said Brad Knight, President, Retirement Living TV.  "As we continue to build the network's brand, it is imperative that we grow our audience, expand our reach into international territories, and seek opportunities to further increase our impact on television today."

"Retirement Living TV develops content that encompasses all aspects of life and easily translates to mature audiences in international markets," said Patrick Baldwin, Vice President of Affiliate Sales, Retirement Living TV.  "Our partnership with S-VOX, will introduce new viewers to RLTV, and offer Canadians fresh material that is informative, enlightening, and entertaining."

Said Mark Prasuhn, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Programming for S-VOX: "We are extremely pleased to enter into what we expect to be a successful and highly productive partnership with Retirement Living TV. We believe RLTV's mandate to empower and enrich the lives of viewers is perfectly aligned with that of One: the Body, Mind & Spirit channel. And RLTV's entry into Canada will open up an outstanding opportunity for Canadian factual producers to work with RLTV and S-VOX to create entertaining and informative programming for the 55-plus audience."
