Peter Miller is Chief Operating Officer for S-VOX. In this capacity he oversees the Toronto-based organization’s technical operations and broadcast systems, marketing and communications, advertising sales, business development, legal and affiliate relations functions.

Mr. Miller is a lawyer and engineer with 20 years of broadcast and telecommunications industry experience, in both private practice and senior executive positions.

From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Miller held the position of Vice President, Planning and Regulatory Affairs for CHUM Limited, serving as key strategic advisor on industry developments and growth opportunities, and handling all aspects of regulatory affairs and government relations. Prior to joining CHUM in 1998, he was Senior Vice-President and General Counsel to the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB), with responsibility for policy and legal issues.

Peter Miller began his career in telephone network design at Bell Northern Research in Ottawa. His experience also includes serving as Parliamentary Assistant in the House of Commons.

Mr. Miller is a past chair of the CAB Specialty & Pay Services Board, and past treasurer of Canadian Digital Television.
